Indianapolis: The Bobbs-Merrill Company, (1933). First printing. Cloth over boards. Octavo. x, 11-141 pages. Very good in a very good dust jacket. Bound in dark blue cloth over boards with spine and upper board titled and decorated in red. Large historical society label on front pastedown, minor extremity wear. Jacket has several shallow edge chips and a few closed edge tears. Triangular chip of about 1/2" x 3/4" at lower fore corner of front panel. Head and heel of jacket spine chipped to about 1/4" depth.

Millard Tydings was a young U.S. Senator from Maryland when he presented this plan to go the attack against the Great Depression. The objectives were: a) a revival of world trade; b) a final settlement of World War I war debts; c) a stabilization of national currencies; and d) disarmament to a peace-time status.
