Original 1868 broadside promoting a series of meetings in Noble County, Ohio, to secure stock subscriptions sufficient to fund construction of the railroad through the county. Meetings to be addressed by the Hon. Wm. Cutler, President of the company. "Turn out, every one, and let us see to it that the expanse of MUD, that for at least five months in the year, stretches drearily between the people of Noble County and the outside world, is bridged over!"
