Illustrated in black and white throughout, including plates, chapter head- and tailpieces, and rubrics, all by Lucy's brother, Walter Crane. The attractive custom binding features green morocco spine and fore corners, five raised bands on spine, gilt-stamped ornaments, title, and date on and spine, marbled sides and endpapers, and top edge gilt.
