Fine in very good to near fine dust jackets, housed in a good slipcase. Both volumes bound in dark blue cloth over boards, with gilt-stamped spines and upper boards, and dark brown topstains. No significant wear to books. Jacket on volume I has short tears, a 1/4" deep chip, and wrinkling to a depth of 3/4" along much of the top edge. Volume II jacket near fine. Mild toning to both jacket spines. Slipcase has shallow bumps, short separations, and minor rubs at extremities. Overall a bright, sound, and striking set of this excellent edition.
