Where's the Rest of Me (Signed)
New York: Duell, Sloan and Pearce, (1965). Second printing. Black and white photographic plates. Hardcover. Octavo. [ii], 316 pages.
This early Reagan autobiography, published as he began his run for Governor of California, furthered his transition from Hollywood star to political star in the Republican Party. Appendix lays out Reagan's political philosophy.
This copy is signed by Reagan on the front free endpaper. The title is a line from "King's Row," the film that made him a star.
Ref. COHEN p. 190.
Good in a good dust jacket. Faint dampstains to board edges, prior owner name on front pastedown, light browning to textblock edges, and some spotting to about 10 pages toward end of book. Jacket has slight fading to spine, mild chipping and short tears to edges, and some old moisture rippling and light staining. Overall a very presentable copy.
