Edward Everett Henry was a prominent figure in the New York art scene, well known for his murals, literary maps, and book illustrations. This is copy #582 in the edition of 1,500, signed by Henry on limitation page at rear.
Fine in a very good slipcase. Bound in colorfully striped cloth over boards with leather spine, which is titled and ornamented in gilt. Top edge of textblock is gilt. Slipcase has some mild extremity rubs and small chips, else fine. A remarkably well-preserved copy.
