Includes substantial material on the identification and recovery of the body of John Paul Jones in Paris in 1905. This section is written by Horace Porter, who was in charge of that investigation.
Bound in light blue paper over boards with vellum spine and fore corners. Spine titled in gilt. A few spots to exerior. Clean and sound. Hinges strong. Small prior owner bookplate on front free endpaper. Mild fading and soil to slipcase. Near fine overall.
