Striking 1930s pictorial map of Baltimore showing streets and points of interest, with key at bottom. Decorated with ships, caricatures, and a portrait of Edgar Allan Poe. A full map of Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay--also decorated--is on reverse with a vignette map of Annapolis. Attractively printed in shades of orange and black.

Tunis, a Newbery Award winning author, had a drawing style very similar to that of Eric Sloane and was a resident of Maryland.

Near Fine with original fold creases. Unframed.
