Promotional brochure for the Hotel Del Monte near Monterey, California. Many illustrations, including several in color, along with text promoting this resort then being improved and developed on the pacific coast between the Monterey and Carmel bays.
The main attraction of this brochure is a panoramic birdseye map of the Monterey Peninsula in color, by W. H. Bull. The map shows the towns of Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, plus roads, beaches, Pebble Beach Golf Course, and more along with the resort's properties.
Today the Hotel Del Monte property is home to the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey.
