Describes the various conduct expected of members. Simmons was inspired to revive the KKK by the D. W. Griffith film "Birth of a Nation. " Rather scarce. Tall, slender, saddle-stapled booklet with printed covers. Some light wear to extremities, about .5" split to covers along bottom of spine, upper half of front cover slightly browned.
