This copy SIGNED by Owen, who was the General Manager of the Port of London Authority, under a typed inscription to Dr. William H. Wilmer, noted Baltimore ophthalmologist. Bound in dark blue leather over boards with spine and upper board stamped in gilt. A few minor extremity rubs. Hinges remain sturdy and sound.
