Excellent memoir of a young Maryland Confederate officer who participated in many battles and was wounded three times. Booth served as a staff officer for George H. Published for private circulation among friends and comrades, which prevented wide circulation of this work originally.
This copy is inscribed and signed by Booth on a preliminary blank leaf.
