This first edition of this collection of poetry by Bukowski is one of about 400 copies published in the summer of 1968. Cover illustration is a reproduction of P. David Horton's "Self-Portrait."

The poem "Cows in Art Class" is printed lengthwise at centerfold, alongside a drawing by Bukowski reproduced in orange. Noted on verso of title page, "a LITMUS first edition."
